If you're in the market for a $13 million private oasis in the middle of the bustling Abbot Kinney area of Venice Beach, you're in luck. Built at the whims of fashion photographer Philip Dixon, this house was inspired by his fond travel memories during his photoshoots around the world - and may as well be a portal to Morocco. The primitive-looking clay floors and cabinets, indoor-outdoor bedrooms, and Moroccan antique decor throughout the house will have you feeling like you've time traveled and landed in the middle of a giant ancient artifact.  View the listing here.

This dream home a little out of your budget? It's okay, us too. Instead, we used it as inspiration for one of our favorite weekend looks.

Shades: Étienne Marcel, Volterre ($168), Earrings: Ratingen, ALDO ($15); Shoes: ‘Mere’ Flat Slide Sandal, Hinge ($60); Top: Cross Back Crepe Crop Top, Eliza J ($99), Bottoms: Nanterre Pant, Wilfred ($115).

Modern with Moroccan Charm

The tailored crop top mirrors the rigid white walls of the house while the loose pants add Moroccan-inspired flair.

With an LA-beachside location, sandals are a must, and these white-leather slips from Hinge are carefree and affordable.

Teal earrings add a pop of color and tie in with the tassel-detail on the pants, and the gold Volterre sunglasses complete the look with their sunny-day sophistication.
