Domestic Shipping Rates:

  • FREE Priority USPS shipping for all Domestic U.S. orders.

  • We also offer faster shipping options - see the rates calculated at checkout.

International Shipping Rates:

  • We offer international shipping via USPS Priority International at a flat rate of $33 for orders of 2 items or less. For larger orders, contact us at customercare@volterre.co and we'll get you a quote.

  • International shipping times are estimated to be between 6 - 10 business days.

  • All International orders ship via DHL Worldwide Express, guaranteed to be delivered within 3-5 business days from ship date.

  • Please note that depending on your country's specific import laws, you may be required to pay local duties and taxes. These fees are not included in your shipping cost. Please include correct telephone contact information in your order to ensure that you can be reached in the case of a customs issue. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Processing Time:

  • Most Priority orders ship within 1-3 business days.

  • Most Next Day and 2-Day ship within 1-2 business days. Please keep this in mind when choosing these shipping options. If you're really workin' with a tight deadline, try emailing us at customercare@volterre.co and we'll let you know if we can make it happen.

Carrier Ship Times:

  • We ship from zip code 75220.

  • Our standard Priority Mail packages take 2-3 days to arrive after shipment. If you wanna get specific about whether it's 2 or 3, out their map here. 🕵

  • For other ship times, refer to the courier's published rates online. International orders are shipped via DHL Worldwide Express and should take 3-5 business days from ship date.

  • Tracking information will be sent to you automatically when an order ships.

 

Returns

What's your return policy?

You can exchange or return your order for a full refund as long as it's postmarked within 10 days of its arrival at your door, and in the same condition in which you received it. Please include all tags, boxes, lens wipes, cases, etc. in your return to receive a full refund.

Please note that items returned after this return window will be issued store credit.

What about exchanges?

We process exchanges as new orders, so go ahead and return your last package to us and order another online. However, if you're trying to decide we suggest ordering a bunch of styles at once, picking your favorites, and returning the rest - shipping's free!

Can I return an international order?

Of course! We offer full refunds on all international orders, you just have to cover the return shipping cost within that same 10-day window. Unfortunately, we can't offer free returns or exchanges for store credit on international orders at this time.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund back on the typically within 1 - 3 business days.

What items are returnable?

Items in their original packaging, unused and in same condition in which they arrived.
